I got a late night call the other night from Walter Cruttenden, founder of the Binary Research Institute and host of the Conference on Precession and Ancient Knowledge October 4-6, 2008. One of his speakers had cancelled and he asked if I could catch a plane and fill-in. “I’m there!” I told him.

The event, held on the campus of the University of California at San Diego was a phenomenal success. Around 300 people packed into the Mandeville Auditorium to hear Dr. Robert Schoch, Dr. Jocelyn Godwin, Laird Scranton and John Anthony West, among others. My old friend and publisher, David Hatcher Childress, was another featured speaker.
